I just want to take this opportunity to thank you so much for your great care of "Tigger" whilst we were away.  We used to use the service when your predecessors ran it and had great service from them and now (we didn't think it possible) but even better service from you!
 
You really impressed us with your knowledge and expertise with Tigger - as you know he had a few health problems recently and we were concerned about having to leave him but your rapport with the local vets in the area, your experience and your knowledge about the health of cats, really put us at ease and we felt much better knowing he was in such great hands.    
 
 You really do have a genuine love for animals and we thought you were very professional - you even kept our plants alive! You offer such a great service - we would never put Tigger in a cattery again and put him through all that stress, in fact we think its even cheaper than most catteries - especially with all the extras you offer like the mail collection.
 
With our last trip away - it was a bit unexpected and we didn't even know for sure when our return date was but that was not a problem for you and for the second time - it all went very smoothly and you were very accommodating.
 
Thanks again Sharlene for all your help and we look forward to our trip away at Christmas because we know Tigger will be well looked after.
