| How do I arrange for a pet sitter? |
| Fill out the booking form in the Booking Request page and submit it. We will confirm within 12 hours via your preferred contact method whether or not a pet sitter is available over the specified time period. If you are a new client we will arrange a meeting with you and your pets and go over your requirements for your pets, house and plants. A Pet Owners Form must be filled out for all new clients. We can bring this with us on our initial visit or you can submit it online. |

| What are my payment options? |
| Full payment is required in advance. New clients: You can pay by cheque or cash on our initial visit or direct credit via internet banking. Cheques should be made out to "Paws Pet Sitters". Existing clients: You can leave cash or cheque for us to collect on our first day of pet sitting or pay by direct credit via internet banking. Cheques should be made out to "Paws Pet Sitters". |
